They were created for a novel by MoonlightMetahumans (https://www.deviantart.com/moonlightmetahumans) who is a dear friend of the cosplayer.
Their makeup was done by ElectraDragon (https://www.deviantart.com/electradragon) who is the twin sister of the cosplayer.
